Company website
Privacy
How the company website and email enquiries handle information.
Effective:
01 / Scope
Field to Fab Software LLC, a Texas company, operates this website to introduce its software projects. The site is intended for adults in the United States. This notice covers the company pages and enquiries sent to the email addresses below. It does not cover data processing inside Field to Fab, its integrated DuctBuilder and FABDRAFT tools, or CodesForMe.
This website is not directed to children under 13. Please do not send children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us using the privacy address below.
02 / Browsing this website
The company pages have no account registration, checkout, contact form, advertising or analytics. Their page code does not set cookies or save information in browser storage. Fonts and images load from the same site. Menu, disclosure and logo-motion controls work within the page without sending information to a service or saving a browser preference.
We do not add technologies that track your activity across other websites for advertising. The company page code behaves the same whether your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. This does not prevent the hosting processing described below.
Vercel hosts this website. Your browser sends Vercel a request when you load a page or file. Hosting and security processing are separate from the company page code.
Vercel’s Privacy Notice describes visitor IP addresses, approximate location, system information and service logs used to operate and secure its services. It also describes provider recipients, international processing and retention based on operational and legal needs. A log-viewing window is not a deletion deadline for all provider records or backups.
Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum distinguishes processing on a customer’s instructions from Vercel’s own processing of service-generated and account data. Vercel may combine information across its services as described in its Privacy Notice. We do not embed third-party advertising or cross-site tracking tools in these pages.
03 / Email enquiries
Email links open your email app; opening a link does not send a message. When you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and any attachments. Send only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential project or customer files.
hello@fieldtofab.com and support@fieldtofab.com use Google Workspace. The Owner alone has access to the company’s email account and does not share messages with others. Messages are used only for enquiries and support, not advertising. Two-factor authentication is enabled.
We do not sell personal information from the company website or enquiries, or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The hosting and email-provider processing described in this notice still occurs.
We do not automatically forward either address to another mailbox and do not keep separate email exports or backups outside Google Workspace. There is no routine email-deletion schedule. These are our current practices, not a promise to keep every message indefinitely or to delete it after a set period.
The Owner’s access and use are separate from provider processing. Google processes email data to provide Google Workspace. Its Cloud Data Processing Addendum describes customer-instructed processing, safeguards, subprocessors and deletion provisions. Google’s Cloud Privacy Notice separately describes account and operational service data. Provider processing may occur outside the United States. Deleting a message from a mailbox does not guarantee immediate deletion of every provider copy. No email service or account protection can guarantee absolute security.
04 / Other websites
Following product or provider links leaves this company website. The destination receives a separate browser request and handles information under its own notices. Your browser may include referrer information, depending on its settings and the sites’ policies.
The company website has no account or data integration with the products. DuctBuilder and FABDRAFT have no separate destination here. CodesForMe remains in development with no external destination.
05 / Privacy requests
Contact hello@fieldtofab.com with privacy questions or requests to access, obtain a copy of, correct or delete personal information covered by this notice. Describe your request and, where possible, use the email address used for the original enquiry. No account is required. Do not send identity documents or passwords with your initial request.
The Owner handles requests free of charge. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that a request relates to you. If someone acts for you, we may also ask for confirmation of their authority. We will not treat you adversely for making a privacy request.
We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If its complexity or the number of requests requires more time, we will explain why within those 45 days and may take up to 45 additional days. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law still applies.
We will explain the action taken or the reason we cannot fulfil a request, including any information we must retain for a legal obligation or to establish or defend a legal claim. We will provide an available electronic copy in a commonly used format. Deletion from our records does not guarantee immediate deletion of every provider copy. For information a provider controls independently, we will explain how to contact that provider.
To ask us to review a refusal, reply to our decision or email the same address with “Privacy appeal” and explain your concern. The Owner will provide a written explanation within 60 days of receiving the appeal. This process does not limit any rights or complaint options you have under applicable law.
hello@fieldtofab.com06 / Notice updates
We will post changes to this notice here and update its date. For a material change, we will also place a notice on the company website. A change of hosting provider or email practices will be reflected in the notice. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled before a change that requires it.
